Every sticker we offer is custom-made, which means we can’t accept returns unless there’s a problem with its quality or if there was an error during production. This means if you mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color, we won’t be able to issue a refund or accept the return. We take pride in our products and customer service, and if there’s an issue with your order, please email us a photo at sales@individualcustomstickers.com so we can assist you promptly. While we reserve the right to deny refund requests that don’t meet our policy, don’t hesitate to reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase if you have any concerns.
